Our live streaming morning yoga classes provide the perfect opportunity to clear your mind and awaken your body before the demands of your day crowd in. Flow through sun salutations, balance poses and standing poses to warm up and strengthen the body. Early morning yoga is a great way to center yourself and listen to your body. This live streaming class is a fun, yet challenging, flow-style class combining sequences of poses more quickly, focusing on the importance of breath and core strength. This class brings together the perfect marriage of yin and restorative yoga with poses designed to support relaxation, deep stretching of the connective tissues, and total rest and healing of body and mind. We begin with Yin postures designed to encourage release in the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and spine and conclude with gentle restorative poses that bring balance to the nervous system and allow for deep rest. Yin & Restorative yoga is the perfect complement to more active styles of yoga as it works specifically with letting go. This class is open to all levels. This live stream class is a great way to become familiar with the poses commonly used in yoga. It focuses on poses to stretch and strengthen all major muscle groups while opening the body to increasing challenges. It incorporates more strength building postures than the Gentle Yoga class, but is still appropriate for beginners. Emphasis is given to basic alignment of the poses. Level 1 class. This virtual 45 minute high intensity class is a hybrid combining yoga and pilates designed to improve flexibility, strength & endurance while enhancing mental awareness and relaxation. Joint limitations and restricted mobility can result in chronic pain, stiffness, injuries, and plateaus in strength in people of any age. These limitations impede performance in activities from sports to daily life. This vinyasa flow/mobility training class also improves circulation to our organs and tissues. Level 1 class. Finish out your week with a challenging early morning vinyasa flow. Move with your breath through poses that build strength, flexibility and mobility while calming your busy mind. Level 2 class. The perfect balance of effort & ease, movement & stillness. The first half of class will build energy & focus with an active vinyasa sequence and be followed up by a series of gentle stretches to assist in relaxation & stress release and ending with a long, juicy savasana. This live streaming class is a total body workout that is both challenging and inspiring. A fusion of the best of Pilates, Barre and strength training with elements of yoga. Lengthen, strengthen & tone muscles while igniting your metabolism in the process. This 45-minute live-stream class will strengthen and tone the entire body with this fun, classic ballet inspired workout. We will use light balls, chairs or walls and weights to achieve a leaner and more flexible body. Level 2 class, but all levels welcome. Join us for a 75-minute yoga journey designed to harmonize movement and relaxation. In the first half, we'll engage in a dynamic flow, linking breath with movement to build strength, flexibility and energy. The second half will invite you to slow down with gentle stretches, ending in a restorative posture with hands-on assists, allowing your body and mind to unwind. Whether you're looking to build vitality or find deep relaxation, this class will leave you feeling balanced, refreshed and renewed. Suitable for all levels. Join us for a relaxing 45-minute Sunday morning virtual yoga class designed to help you stretch, release tension, and set a calm tone for your day. This class will guide you through a series of gentle stretches and restorative poses, utilizing props such as straps, blocks, and blankets to support your practice. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, you'll be encouraged to move at your own pace, with an emphasis on deep breathing and mindful movement. Ideal for enhancing flexibility, relieving stress, and cultivating a sense of peace, this class offers the perfect way to unwind and refresh your body and mind for the week ahead.

We're combining two of our favorite things--yoga on the beach and stand up paddleboarding! We'll meet at Watzl's Beach for a 45-minute beach yoga class and then hop on our paddleboards for a short lesson followed by a guided paddle around Prior Lake by Minnesota Mermaid. This session is appropriate for all levels, no experience necessary. Boards provided.

Treat yourself to an amazing restorative and energizing yoga retreat this fall! This always popular event will be held at Boyd Lodge in beautiful Crosslake (just north of Brainerd). The theme for this retreat will be "Fall Into Self-Love". During this 75-minute workshop, you will receive the multiple healing benefits of combining gentle, relaxing postures with essential oils and healing touch. Feel pampered with gentle massage using a variety of healing oils while you are completely supported with bolsters and blankets in a variety of calming, soothing restorative poses.
