
This live streaming class is a fun, yet challenging, flow-style class combining sequences of poses more quickly, focusing on the importance of breath and core strength. Cultivate overall stamina, strength, and flexibility while gaining peace of mind. All levels welcome but some yoga experience is helpful. Level 3 class.
