
Join Jenn for a morning class that will build balance, strength and flexibility. Class format will vary from week to week and may range in intensity, so just come (virtually) prepared to go with the flow! Some yoga experience recommended. Class will be conducted via Zoom. Please register in advance and watch your email for a link about 30 minutes prior to the class start time (or immediately, if you register within 30 minutes of the start time).
