Meditation

Let go of stress and anxiety and refocus your mind with this short 30 minute meditation. A meditation practice aids mental and emotional health, improves our ability to learn and focus, lowers blood pressure, and so much more. Not sure how to do it? Don't worry. You will be guided through the process. 30 minutes. All levels welcome. Please register in advance and watch your email for the class link 30 minutes prior to class (or immediately if you sign up within 30 minutes of the start time).
