Mobility Flow

Joint limitations and restricted mobility can result in chronic pain, stiffness, injuries, and plateaus in strength in people of any age. These limitations impede performance in activities from sports to daily life. This vinyasa flow/mobility training class also improves circulation to our organs and tissues. Level 1 class. Watch your email for the class link 30 minutes prior to class (or immediately if you sign up within 30 minutes of the start time).
