Pilates Burn Express

This live streaming class is a total body workout that is both challenging and inspiring. A fusion of the best of Pilates, Barre and strength training with elements of yoga. Lengthen, strengthen & tone muscles while igniting your metabolism in the process. Register at least one hour prior to class time and then watch your email for a link at least 15 minutes prior to class time. This class will be conducted via Zoom so be sure Zoom is downloaded on your device.
