Recharge & Relax

The perfect balance of effort & ease, movement & stillness. The first half of class will build energy & focus with an active vinyasa sequence and be followed up by a series of gentle stretches to assist in relaxation & stress release and ending with a long, juicy savasana. Be sure to gather some blankets, pillows, towels - anything to help give you support when it is needed. Level 2 class. Watch your email for the class link 30 minutes prior to class (or immediately if you sign up within 30 minutes of the start time).
