Recovery Flow

This live streaming yoga class will incorporate sequences designed to help you release the stress of the week--whether that is the mental stress of work and life balance or the physical stress of working out. Focusing on breath, stretching and movement, this class will work out tight muscles and release tension in the body and the mind. It is the perfect self-care class to prepare you for a great weekend. All levels class. Please register in advance and watch your email for the class link 30 minutes prior to class (or immediately if you sign up within 30 minutes of the start time).
