
Our live streaming morning yoga classes provide the perfect opportunity to clear your mind and awaken your body before the demands of your day crowd in. Flow through sun salutations, balance poses and standing poses to warm up and strengthen the body. Early morning yoga is a great way to center yourself and listen to your body. Typically we are stiffer in the morning and so an early morning practice teaches us the most about our bodies. This special express version is the same great workout, but in a 45 minute time period. Some yoga experience recommended for this Flowing Strength type class. Level 2-3 class.
