Yogalates

This virtual 45 minute high intensity class is a hybrid combining yoga and pilates designed to improve flexibility, strength & endurance while enhancing mental awareness and relaxation. A great calorie burning workout for the entire body! Level 2 class. Watch your email for the class link 30 minutes prior to class (or immediately if you sign up within 30 minutes of the start time).
