60 Minute Balanced Flow

This class builds on the postures learned in Mindful Movement and incorporates them into a slow flow, fostering the connection between breath and movement. This class brings balance to the body and mind through a combination of flow sequences that build strength and stamina while improving flexibility and balance. While it is slower than Flowing Strength, it will still challenge and inspire you to deepen your practice. Level 2 class.
