80 Minute Restorative Yoga

A relaxing yoga sequence designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and trigger the relaxation response in the body. Class uses a large bolster, a blanket or towel and a block. You can always use couch cushions or firm pillows as a bolster if needed.
