Come Awake! 30-Minute Seated Virtual Practice

If getting on the mat is not your groove today, If you need to be gentle with wrists or knees, Awaken your spine, shoulders, neck and hips from a seated position. This all-levels class will incorporate modified sun salutations, spinal twists and hip openers with pranayama. An armless chair or seated on the floor works best. Watch your email for the class link 30 minutes prior to class (or immediately if you sign up within 30 minutes of the start time).
