Join Jenn to get your body moving in the morning! Class format will vary from week to week - things like Yoga 4 Definition, Yoga Blast/HIIT and Barre. Come (virtually) prepared to go with the flow! Light hand weights, a block and perhaps a Pilates ball may be used, depending on the week. Some yoga experience recommended.
