Jenn's Virtual Morning Flow

Join Jenn for a morning class that will build balance, strength and flexibility. Class format will vary week to week and may range in intensity so just come (virtually) prepared to go with the flow! Some yoga experience recommended. This class will be conducted via Zoom. Please register at least 30 minutes in advance and watch your email for a link about 15 minutes prior to the class start time.
