Virtual Barre Express

This virtual 45 minute live streaming class is a dynamic full body workout that combines the challenge of barre with the strength, balance and core workout of yoga and pilates. This hybrid class will increase your heart rate, burn calories and stretch & lengthen muscles. Level 2 class. Register at least one hour prior to class time and then watch your email for a link at least 15 minutes prior to class time.
