This live stream class is a 45 minute fun & intense workout that will build & tone muscle, support weight loss, and make you sweat! Class consists of a variety of drills, toning exercises, core work, and cardio bursts. Modifications will be offered for all fitness levels. You will need tennis shoes, & mat and water!
