This 45-minute live streaming yoga class will incorporate sequences designed to help you release the stress of the week--whether that is the mental stress of work and life balance or the physical stress of working out. Focusing on breath, stretching and movement, this class will work out tight muscles and release tension in the body and the mind. With options to add intensity for those seeking out more of a workout, this is the perfect self-care class to prepare you for a great weekend. Level 1-2 class.
