Virtual Recovery Flow Yoga

This live streaming gentle yoga class will incorporate sequences designed to help you release the stress of the week--whether that is the mental stress of work and life balance or the physical stress of working out. With the focus on breath, stretching and gentle movement, this class will work out tight muscles and release tension in body and mind. The perfect self-care class to prepare you for a great weekend.
