Virtual Sunday Salutations

This class offers a medley of movement and meditation to greet the day, the week, the sun, the moon, one’s self and one another. Active movement is interwoven with pauses for meditation, reflection, silent prayer, affirmations, and/or chanting. This Level 1 class is a refreshing way to integrate mind, spirit, and body.
