Virtual Warm Yoga Sculpt

This class combines movement with breath and uses free weights to assist with building strength. It is designed as a challenging and intense workout for both the body and the mind. A great complement to a regular yoga practice. Some yoga experience is recommended prior to taking this class. You may want 3, 5 or 8 lb weights available for this class but it can be done without weights as well. Watch your email for the class link 30 minutes prior to class (or immediately if you sign up within 30 minutes of the start time).
