Virtual Yoga 4 a Healthy Back

This virtual live stream beginner level class focuses on building core muscles and strengthening and lengthening back muscles. Up to 85% of American adults experience back pain at some point in their lives. If you are one of them, this class is for you--even if you've never tried yoga. Unlike traditional back care exercises, which isolate the parts of the body to be stretched or strengthened, yoga postures are designed to integrate and benefit the whole body. By lengthening connective tissue, expanding ROM and improving posture, yoga can protect against back injury. This class will lengthen and strengthen your back muscles, spine and entire core relieving stressful tightness and spasms. Level 1 class.
